Where can you ship my cabinets?
We can ship your kitchen cabinets or bathroom vanities anywhere. If you need them shipped outside of the continental US & Canada, please call us for a quote.
How are the cabinets shipped?
We ship all of our cabinets from our facility. They are packed on pallets and delivered to your door via a common carrier. The common carriers are equiped with a liftgate (a steel elevator-like platform at the end of the truck) is used to lower the merchandise off the truck down to the street level. At this point you have to bring the merchandise inside.
Will I be contacted prior to delivery?
Yes, the shipping company will contact you the day before the cabinets are scheduled to be delivered.
When will I receive my kitchen?
The Cabinets will leave our warehouse within 7-10 business days* of placing your order. Once the cabinets leave our warehouse it may take anywhere from 1 to 8 days for you to receive your cabinets, depending on your location.

How are the cabinets packaged?
Each cabinet comes individually packaged in a box. All components needed to assemble the cabinets are located in that box.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders may be canceled so long as they have not yet been sent to production. Once in the production schedule, cancellations may still be requested; however additional fees (restocking and/or cancellation) will be billed to the customer's account. In the event the order has shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. To confirm that your order has been canceled, we will email or fax a cancellation notice to your attention; only then will the cancellation be in effect.
Can I return an item?
In order to return an item, a return authorization must be issued. A 25% restocking charge as well as round trip freight charges will be incurred. All items must be in original carton and unused. Returns cannot be made after product has been assembled or installed by the customer. Returns cannot be made after 30 days.
Freight Damage
Please count and examine all packages at time of delivery. If there is a shortage, please note how many cartons are short on the delivery receipt and send the list to our Customer Service Dept. If the cartons are damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. If concealed damaged is discovered after the receipt of the merchandise, Instockkitchens.com must be notified within 7 days to enable us to replace parts or the damaged product at no cost to you. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. to report any type of problem you encounter, and our customer-service team will assist you in resolving the problem.
What else must be purchased to complete my kitchen?
Filler and moldings are available. It is always wise to purchase a touch-up kit with your order.
Do mullion doors come with glass?
Yes, glass is included.
Can you explain your blind corner cabinets?
This cabinet is generally used for kitchens in tight spaces. The blind corner is not the first choice for designers and consumers. The downside of these units is that they are somewhat dark and items stored inside are harder reach. Determine how much space to allocate for the blind cabinet then look on the website and choose the cabinet that will fit into the measured space. For example a blind base cabinet 36/39 is meant to fit a space between 36" & 39" That means that the space from the wall until the end of the cabinet is between 36" & 39".
