I must say, you guys don’t pop up on the top of Google when searching for “buy cabinets online”… I think it’s a shame – everything about my experiences with you guys has been absolutely phenomenal, and I almost didn’t find you.
To meet my expectations, you would have had to:
Respond to my email inquiry within 24-48 hours.
Keep me updated on order status.
Ship within a reasonable time (and the 2 weeks mentioned in the email below is reasonable).
Deliver quality cabinets
You’ve exceeded my expectations:
Responded to my email inquiry within 5 minutes, and not only addressed my issue, but also provided information about the order and assembly process, as well as ask me if I would like my order expedited (I said thanks so much, but it’s not necessary – I have no deadlines).
Sent an email to clarify the estimated shipping time.
And my cabinets arrived 2 days after I ordered!!
They are great! (and they cost less than Lowes in-stock cabinets)
