How to Assemble Vanity Bathroom Cabinets
Note: 1. The quantity of drawer parts shown in the table is for one set. The number will be increased by times of drawer number if more drawers are applied. 2. For the vanities without drawers, they will have two back rails (upper rail and lower rail. The lower rail in engraved with a groove to fit the Bottom panel) instead of back panel.

Step by step
1. Check and count the items in the box before your installation. If you are short any pieces, stop and call the supplier. Otherwise, follow the steps below.
2. Install cam lock: take all pieces out of the box. Use screw drive put each cam screw (F) in the pre drilled spots (Figure 1). Then put the cam lock (F) into the pre drilled holes. Make sure the arrow on the cam lock is towards the opening of the hole. This step includes drawers
3. Put the face frame (A) face down on a flat soft working surface (Figure 2).
4. Take two side-panels (B) and insert them into the two grooves on each side of the face frame and align each cam lock (Figure 3). When the cam screw on the face frame fit properly into the cam lock on the side panels, use a screw driver to turn the cam Clock 180º degrees clockwise to lock the cam lock (Figure 4).
5. Install the Bottom (C): gently spread side panels (B) and insert bottom (C) into the grooves of side panel (B) until it touches the face frame (Figure 5).
6. Place Toe Kick (D) onto the side panels at the front base of the vanity. Align the cam locks and lock them
7. Install the Back Panel: before you start this step, put the back panel (E) on a flat surface face up. Install the drawer rail holders (M) in the pre-spotted area on the back panel (Figure 6). The opening of the holders should be facing towards each other. Secure them with ½” round head screws (M). Align the back panel and make sure the bottom panel fits the groove of the back panel (Figure 7). Gently spread side panels (B) and make sure each of the cam screw on the back panel well fits the can lock on the side panels. Then lock them.
8. Drawer assembly (Figure 8): place the drawer-face (H) face down on a flat soft working surface. Align the two drawer sides (I) and lock the cam lock. Slide drawer bottom (J) into the grooves of drawer sides (I). Then place drawer back (J) and lock the cam lock. Repeat this step for more drawers.
9. Install the drawer rails: slide the drawer rails (K) backend into the opening of the holder (M) on the back panel (previously installed (step 7)). Then secure the drawer rail front-end with ½”flat head screws using the predrilled holes in the face frame. Repeat this step for each drawer rail.
10. At this point, slide the drawer into the drawer rail to check the drawer position and adjust the drawer rail location for the best operation if necessary.
