Where can you ship my cabinets?

We can ship your kitchen cabinets or bathroom vanities anywhere, please call us for a quote.

How are the cabinets shipped?

We ship all of our cabinets from our facility. They are packed on pallets and delivered to your door via a common carrier. The common carriers are equiped with a liftgate (a steel elevator-like platform at the end of the truck) is used to lower the merchandise off the truck down to the street level. At this point you have to bring the merchandise inside.

Will I be contacted prior to delivery?

Yes, the shipping company will contact you the day before the cabinets are scheduled to be delivered.

How are the cabinets packaged?

Each cabinet comes individually packaged in a box. All components needed to assemble the cabinets are located in that box.

Do you deliver the kitchen cabinets by yourself?

No, If it is a small enough order then we ship it UPS otherwise, we ship the kitchen cabinets with a common carrier.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary from carrier to carrier. Please call so we can give you the best rate.

Freight Damage/ Item Dispute

Please count and examine all packages at time of delivery. If there is a shortage, please note how many cartons are short on the delivery receipt and send the list to our Customer Service Dept. If the cartons are damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. If concealed damaged or item shortage is discovered after the receipt of the merchandise, Instockkitchens.com must be notified within 3 days to enable us to replace parts or the damaged product at no cost to you. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. to report any type of problem you encounter, and our customer-service team will assist you in resolving the problem.

What company do you use for shipping kitchen cabinets?

In order to make it as inexpensive as possible for our kitchen cabinet customers, we use a shipping broker. This allows us to provide you the lowest price on shipping your all wood cabinets. We use many different companies eg. New England Motor Freight; Nyce Caroline, PJAX, Vitron.

How do you ship the assembled/unassembled kitchen cabinets?

All of our RTA kitchen cabinets first vigorously inspected to ensure that the kitchen cabinets are to standard. We pack them in individual cardboard boxes, then they are placed on pallet were we shrink-wrap the entire pallet.

How will I know when my cabinets are shipped?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information. You can then track the shipment and contact the freight company when the shipment reaches your area. You can then work with the freight company to schedule a delivery time.

What does it take to unload the cabinets from the truck?

When will I receive my kitchen?

The Cabinets will leave our warehouse within 7-10 business days* of placing your order. Once the cabinets leave our warehouse it may take anywhere from 1 to 8 days for you to receive your cabinets, depending on your location.
